Just a couple of clarifications about thingds we have never accomplished. I was a PR guy for 25 years working with lots of software startups. Some got acquired for a great deal of money. But I never started one and I have never developed any program. Likewise, Robert cited the Death of Distance in discussing his India interview. But Death of Distance is an exquisite book by FRances Cairncross, who, I bvelieve continues as a reporter for The Economist.
